How to get rid of this popup on my iPhone?

There's this popup on my phone that constantly directs me to a slot machine app on the App Store and it's been annoying me for the past hour. Every time I get on Safari to search for anything it directs me to this app. I tried clearing cookies, turning off notifications, resetting my phone, and having to search up "block ads" in the app store with no luck. When I get on Safari, whatever web page I'm on, in less than a minute it switches to "tracker.kissmyads.com" and then goes to the app store. This has never happened at all before and I'm wondering how do I block it and get rid of it permanently. I have an iPhone 4 and honestly, I really don't want to result to contacting Apple, because when I usually have problems with my phone I either get put on hold and have to wait for days

Best solution would be to do a malware scan on your phone.(The website directing is done by malware). There are plenty of anti-malware apps and you could download any one of them and do a scan. Also install pop-up blockers and ad blockers for your browser. Hope this Helps.
