Try plugging it to you computer via USB, then when it pops up with the window that looks something like this: 
click on open and view files
look for something that says system files or system data
if you can't find that then you will have to enable "show hidden files" from your control panel(if youre not using windows i don't know how to do all this)
after thats all situated open the system files/data folder
look for something like "_lock"
delete it
eject USB
that should be it
Just take it to the apple store they will reset the password
- Why does my iPhone lockscreen stay black? I just downloaded IOS 7 on my iPhone5 and I started using my iPhone for a while and now it just stays black, does not turn off, and just takes screen shots. I tried plugging it in my computer and making it restart but it also does not let me at least plug it in.

- Jailbroken iPhone LockScreen Theme Problems I have recently jailbroken my iPhone 5 and got a cool theme for my lock-screen, but for some reason my notifications aren't coming in on the lock-screen.
