How to jailbreak and unlock untethered jailbreak for iphone 3gs to iOS 6?
I want to update to iOS 6 but make sure that I could unlock my phone so I can use different sim cards with it. Please help me? I'm new to jailbreaking so please don't use those "hacker" vocab.haha thanks!

I'm not to sure if there's untethered yet, if you haven't updated yet, don't, you might not be able to jailbreak, do some more research and try to see if any jailbreaks come out.
There isn't an untethered jailbreak ios 6 yet, so you can't don't update until there's one

- When will there be a untethered jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 on iphone 5? The recent ios 6.1.3 update patched the untethered jailbreak. And unfortunatly iphone 5 users can't downgrade due to their A5 chip. If there's a way to downgrade this ios, or get an untethered jailbreak please help me!
- Untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S IOS 5.1? I've heard such a thing doesn't exist. If that's the case, what should I do about jail breaking an iPhone 4S with ios 5.1? Should I somehow upgrade to 5.1.1 and do the untethered there? Or should I get the newest version apple has (probably not) and find or wait for a possible update for jail breaking there? And if I do somehow get an iOS 5.1.1 and manually update the phone to that, it won't mess anything up or erase my data, right?
