How to know if my iPhone 5s has water damage?
I've taken it in the shower like 3 times. Taken it in the bathroom a lot. It's acting kind of funny
If it's glithcing, and the screen is hard to press, it most likely has water damage
Why in the world would you need to take your phone into the shower? Of course it's water damaged.
Yes your phone has suffered water damage. Phones are not made to go in the shower.
If you've used it inthe shower, you can take for granted that it has been damaged by water.

I'm immersing it in rice right now, but in case that doesn't work can I take it to the Genius bar? The two external water damage indicators are not red and my phone looks normal. Would they be able to tell anyway? Are there any other remedies other than rice I can use?
