How to listen to music while running?

I have an ipod nano that's small and easy to run with but it freezes, which is really annoying. I can also use my iphone or galaxy s4 but both are heavy to run with, you know? Where do people keep their mp3s anyway? Jacket pocket? Doesn't it fall out? Also, I don't even have much music in any one of my devices mentioned above because I find it time consuming and boring to sit down and download tons of music. So I only have like 20 songs and they get repeated and I get tired of them. I could listen to Pandora but it uses internet and thus costs money. As you can see, I'm an amateur runner. What should I do?

Use the radio can use a shoulder band to put your device in or hold it in your hand

When I used to use my phone for music I either held it, put it in a zippered pocket or then finally got smart and got a flipbelt and put it in there.

eventually I got smart and got an iPod shuffle and I just clip it to neckline of my shirt. I paid a teenager with spare time who loves music 50 bucks and $10.00 iTunes card to set it up and download my list of songs for me. Now once a week on payday I buy a $15.00 iTunes card and whenever I think of a song I want I go download it off iTunes and put it on the iPod. Best money I ever spent.well next to my Garmin and Brooks Ghost 6s.

if you can't afford to pay for internet for Pandora, ask for a Shuffle ($100.00) for Christmas, that and iTunes cards, and bite the bullet set aside a day to get it all set up and you will never ever regret it. Then do what I do.add a song here, a song there, so it isn't so overwhelming.
