How to make an international call. For free?
This is an emergency - it's personal but I really need to make a call to Algeria. To a mobile phone. For just a few seconds. I'm desperate… Is there anything I can associated with google or an iPhone 4 app or anything! Please! I'm desperate and this is an emergency.

You did not say what operating sytem your phone uses, Android or iphone or something else. If you have smart phone, you and the receiver need to have same software like Skype, Viber or others to make free calls. I use Rebtel and it does not offer free call but if you register with credit card, you can make cheaper calls.
However, due the nature of your call is go to Asians or Mexican stores and buy a calling card for Africa. I know it is late now wherever you are. Some websites say they give free calls but with strings attached. Even they give free calls, I do not think Algeria would be on the list. Most of the time to Western and Asian developed contries.

Also I'm texting him through his email, but i'm not sure if hes texting me through my email or phone number bc both is entered into my contact on his phone. So will Sprint charge me for this?
