When you have the keyboard open, next to the "123" button in the bottom left, there's a circle thing with lines through it. Click that, if you have the latest update they should all be there. If this doesn't work and you haven't updated for AGES, try doing so.

I have the setting turned on so that it will and i have the silent switch where no orange is showing. I know about the button to turn the sounds on i have that turned on
