How to make use of Snapchat?

I prefer to use Snapchat on the iPhone. Snapchat is not available in the Finnish language. I can't use it in French in the United States. I'm horrible at the technology. I know basic skills in school, but I do not do well most of in my classes, except for those who teach the arts, but I'm not smart.

I can't use Snapchat in French when my iPhone is set in Finnish. I live in the American region, so nothing is available to me.

Added (1). The Americans say, "Get out of California and go to France or Canada, or just go back to Finland." But I love living in America.

  • What do I do if I want to turn off everything that can make my iPhone 4S make noise? I want to bring my cell phone into class with me, but last time I did that it started playing music and my friends Siri started working. I just want to bring it in class and not have to worry about having it start making noise and me getting ISS. I started searching on the internet to see if there was any way to make my iPhone make noise or ring, even though I have it turned to silent/vibrate.
