How to make website restrictions on an iPhone?

So I had to delete the Instagram app because of something. I'm tempted to go on the website. And there's something that makes me mad. Is there a way to restrict Instagram.com on my iPhone?

I figured out he turned on restrictions and when i asked him what the password was he didn't remember. So now i basically have nothing to do on it.
  • IPhone restrictions pass code? I got a new iPhone 5 and I'm going through the settings and came across "Restrictions." It asks me for a pads code but I don't know what it is… Is there a default? If so, what is it? I tries 0000 but it failed and now it says "1 failed attempt" or something like that. I know that I have never set a code for it. What could it be?
