How to play music from iphone in my car with no audio jack or aux wire?

I have a 2003 cadillac cts the radio console itself consist of radio fm/am and tape deck which also has a cd player separately no aux option or audio jack right now i have been using the tape deck with wire sticking out which i play my music from ipod as a replacement for aux wire what can i do to eliminate that and play music wirelessly assuming something like bluetooth capability

There are ones you can buy and stick in you're charging spot, like the circle thing where you can light cigarettes (if you get what i'm saying i don't know what its called) but you just set it to a certain radio station and then you just set your radio to that station. Hope this helped.

Some cars are now coming with iphone docks where your entire phone is functional from the dashboard, I think thats cool as heck and I want one.

They call it a itrip. It plugs into the bottom of the ipod/iphone and then you choose the radio station with static and tune the itrip to the same station and play music. They make cheaper kinds of I trip but they don't usually plug into the bottom.
