How to play music from my iPhone to my car? - 1

Okay my car is a ~2003 Nissan frontier and it doesn't have a cassette player or auxiliary plug so how do I do it. I hate the radio. Sorry I sound kind of spoiled haha

Most Nissan radios from 1998 to 2003 come with a button mark CD-CHG or CDC
this is the button for the external rear CD changer, and most of the time that button its free
if that is the case you can use an auxiliary audio input adapter for Nissan radios

Some 2003 and up Nissan radios with the Bose or premium audio are Satellite ready, if that is the case you can use an aux adapter for radios with a SAT button

It shows the track, the album artwork and the duration but it WLL NOT make a sound. Is there something i need to change on the settings?
