How to put photos on my new laptop?
I just got a new Toshiba laptop and I plugged in my iPhone and it came up with a few options and I clicked of view files because I thought that's how to get the photos from it but I can't get them from there so I unplugged my phone and plugged it in again and that first option doesn't come up anymore and it just goes straight into the iPhone files. I just want to put my photos on my laptop, please help me how do I do it?
Plug in the iPhone, dismiss any dialog boxes.
Go to This PC and look for the iPhone icon
Right click on the Iphone Icon
Choose import Pictures and videos
Follow the prompts
- Why does my laptop say there's nothing new to import when I try to upload my photos and videos? I have a Toshiba laptop with a Windows 10 software. Whenever I plug in my iphone to transfer my photos and videos to my laptop, it says that there are no new items found to import. In reality, there are about 2,000 photos and videos on my iPhone that aren't on my laptop. It's only some photos that this happens with though. Like all of the photos in 2013. Any photos more recent are able to be uploaded but not most of the photos from that time period. How can I fix this?

- How to transfer music and photos from iphone to new laptop? A while ago my computer broke down and I lost all my iTunes library on computer, but it was thankfully still on my phone. I haven't synced to my new computer but have bought some files and have them on my iTunes. Any idea how I could get all my music and photos from iphone 4 onto my iTunes without losing everything? And any way I can regain my songs back from iTunes onto laptop from the iTunes on broken computer?
