How to register an apple id for iphone without credit card and itunes gift card?
Way back, there was no itunes gift card option and there was an option for "none" in payment method.
But now, there are those and are required to be filled up.
My sister can't register an apple id for her new iphone and its driving her crazy. Can anyone help?

- What happened to my remaining credit on my itunes gift card? I entered a gift card in my itunes account worth $15 and had an amount of $3.72 left over when I tried to purchase an app for my iphone. But when I made the purchase, it made me login and then the remaining credit was gone. I tried logging out and in twice but nothing worked.
