How to remove an account on twitter?

How do I remove an account from my accounts list on twitter for IPhone? I keep getting notifications for my friend and its really annoying.

As much as it sucks, you have to use a real computer to delete it. Once you log in to twitter, there should be a gray box with a gear in it, I think in the right side. You go to settings ( i think) and its at the bottom of the page. Check the delete box and save. It will store your account for 30 days and then permenmently delete it.

  • Twitter SMS & Twitter App Mobile Notifications? I have and Iphone 4, currently up to date, etc etc. When I turn on mobile notifications on twitter I receive both the SMS/404-04 text notification and a push notification from my twitter mobile app. I would prefer to receive the notifications from my app only and not SMS. It would be easier to distinguish tweet from normal texts. Plus The SMS notifications leave my texts list messy. I can't figure out how to do this anywhere. Solutions?
  • My Twitter account won't sign out of my iPhone? So every time I log onto Twitter on my iPhone and try to log out it doesn't work, I go to setting then delete account and then once that's done my username and password aren't in the boxes anymore but when I go back to the Twitter app my account is still logged in yet my username and password isn't in the settings bit where it should be and the only way to log out is to delete the app, why does this happen?
