DO NOT FACTORY RESET!
Most people think it's fine to use the reset function on the phone to remove a jailbreak, this will make your life hell trying to fix as it partly deletes the jailbreak which you then end up in a boot loop.
Saurik (creator of Cydia) has actually created an app called Cydia Impactor which removes the jailbreak without a restore. Just search for it on Cydia
Alternatively you can restore via iTunes (backup first)
