How to remove songs from my iphone 4s?
The version of itunes i have is 11.0 and i don't know how to remove music from my phone. Everything I have tried hasn't worked. I plugged it into itunes and clicked on my iphone and went to the music tab. I tried right clicking on the songs i don't want but a delete button doesn't come up. Also I'm not sure how to dowload certain songs from my library onto my phone. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!
Just swipe the song left and it has the option
Go into the music app and swipe (>>>) on the song(s) you want to delete, then press "Delete"
If you plug in your phone to the computer, try to click on the song that you want to delete, and click the right click button on the mouse and the menu should pop up and should have the delete option. You can do it from your phone also. Try to go to your songs n your phone and the edit button should be on there. And when you click it, you should be able to delete. You can also try to slide to the left/right and see if delete comes by the song, and if it does, then click it and it will delete. If none of these don't work than email all of the things that you have previously tried already.
- Will syncing my new iPhone remove my songs on iTunes? Hi, I just got a new phone and I'm confused! I've got an iPod Touch will over hundreds of songs on my iTunes. If I plug my new iPhone in to the computer, will I be to transfer my iTunes songs on to my phone without it deleting anything? Will this make a difference when I plug my iPod into the computer? Haha I don't know much about phones tbh!
- Two songs are stuck on my iPhone as alarm choices. How do I remove/replace them from that list? So I would appear to have a limit of 5 songs to choose from on this list. I see no way to directly delete songs. The list is full and when I add a song the song at the top of the list is bumped off. But that doesn't work for getting the song choice the iPhone already had on there* or the first song I selected for the list off of the list. Why? Can they be removed and if so how? *Apparently my alphabetically first song bought from iTunes
- Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
- I'm deleting songs from my iphone, but now songs playing don't match the names. How to fix? I deleted about 3 dozen songs from my iphone using the "swipe and delete" method. But now when i play i choose a song from my list by name a different song will play. Any ideas how to fix this?
