How to remove the track from iphone 5 competly?
So i recently got a iphone 5, my friend told me that the guy who sold it to me has stolen it from a another dude. I wonder if there's any way to make the iphone 5 untrackable for the previous owner.
There's not a way that i know of. You could look up the owners manual on apples website. But you are really dumb so you probably don't know how to spell aple. It is tracked by the phones UDID and serial number. If you log into the phone with your account he can call apple and they will have your address and information from your apple ID. If you mean track as in track via GPS just wipe the phone. Other than that you are screwed if he called apple.

It only tracked the iphone I was using at that time rather than my own even though I was using my apple ID that I would use to purchase things off the app store. Is there anyway I can still track it if I have a serial number?

I tried calling and tracking using iCloud, but the phone is either off or they took the sim card out. If they took the sim card out, I know there's no way to track it but is there a way I can block the IMEI so that it can't be used at all? If so how?
