How to send a long voice memo?

So I recorded a speech on my iPhone 5s with voice memo and it is like 30 mins long. And I want to send it to my friend. When I try to iMessage it doesn't let me bc it says the file is too long. So I tried sending it as an email and it still didn't work. Does anyone know how I can send this recording without having to crop it?

AirDrop should work but your friend must have an iPhone/iPad/iPod/Mac
