How to sync my apps to Itunes?

I need to sync everything from my Iphone to Itunes library. (n00b question I know… ) But everytime I start the process, I only get 3 pointless steps, waiting for sync to start, preparing sync, waiting for changes to be applied. (Nothing happens) Itunes doesn't copy anything from my iphone into it's library! It works fine with my other laptop. What do I need to do to make Itunes sync my stuff to the new laptop?

Plug your device into your computer (your computer needs to have itures on it) and then it should say syncing and your apps will be under the app section

I do have iapcracker, cydia, sbsetting, winterboard, you know the lot. But for some reason it works with my brothers Also jailbroken ipod. Anyone got any idea's to fix it?
