How to sync without deleting my songs?
I tried clicking manually manage too, but it still says it will delete all of my songs, I have an iphone 4s and presumably the newest version of itunes.
Added (1). I don't have the same computer i originally synced my phone with.
If you haven't purchase your songs legally, go on the computer you downloaded these songs and put them on a USB using your computer files in the "music" section of your libraries. Then put the songs on your new computer in the libraries too and click right click on them to "open with iTunes or something". After that it is safe to remove them.
If you bought them via iTunes, then you can remove them. Go on iTunes store via your iTunes program. Click on purchased on the right square of the home page. You can download your songs again for free.
- Sync a single album to iphone without deleting contents of iphone? So basically I had to delete itunes and everything in it went, too. I have music on my phone from CD's I've lost or binned etc. So I was just wondering how do I sync single albums to my phone without deleting contents of iPhone? When I go to click sync, a box comes up asking if I want to remove existing items from iPhone.
- Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
- Is it possible to sync iPhone to new computer without deleting data? Right now I have an iMac that I use to sync my iPhone 5 with. It has all of my music, apps, etc. I have a new macbook and I was wondering if I can put my current library on the macbook and sync my phone from there without having to delete and add everything again. Thanks! Also, how exactly would I do that?
- I'm deleting songs from my iphone, but now songs playing don't match the names. How to fix? I deleted about 3 dozen songs from my iphone using the "swipe and delete" method. But now when i play i choose a song from my list by name a different song will play. Any ideas how to fix this?
