How to tell if it was pee or water?
Okay so I went into the bathroom and my phone feel and this wet area and I can't tell if it was pee or water? And if it was human pee can anyone give me anyone to take the germs off my phone? Iphone 5
I'd be willing to be there's more germs on the bathroom's doorknob, than there are on your phone right now. Take an anti-bacterial wipe and use it on your phone.
Most urine is sterile when it leaves your body unless you are actively down with a bacteria or virus. Just wipe it off well, whatever you use to clean it, use that.
Go wash you crotch and stop worrying about nothing
I would like to know why anyone is so attached to a phone that they have to take it to the bathroom with them. You can't put it down for the few minutes a trip to the bathroom takes? You pee then touch your phone without washing your hands? And you are worried about some liquid on it now?
Remind me to never borrow your phone.
- My iPhone has water in it how can I get the water out? I got a little bit of water in it at my pool and it shutoff within a minute or so, it won't turn back on and I have had it in rice for over 10 hours.
- Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
- Iphone submerged in water, logic board has water damage? My phone was under water for 10 sec. Atleast and in my wet pocket for about 2 minutes. Led wouldnt turn off and power / lock button didn't work… Put it in rice and two days later i charge it apple logo pops up then writing pops up above the apple logo. Will the guy taking my phone to clean it out and try to fix it need my passcode? And will my contacts, apps, photos, music, internet history still be on my phone? Like when he fixes it turns and on and stuff?
- I dropped my Iphone in water - no water damage showing on indicator? Here is the situation. I dropped my Iphone 5 in the toilet (I hadn't peed yet so all good there). Immediately switched it off, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. This was at about 6 p.m yesterday. This morning without turning it on I opened up the sim compartment to check the circle for water damage (checked online and apparently this is where to check for water damage). The indicator was white. It is back in the rice but I was wondering - when you think it will be ok to turn back on?
