How to transfer all my music files on my laptop to my iphone without using itunes?
There's something wrong with my itunes or music app?
I try to sync new songs, it acts like it is syncing but they don't appear
and 95% of my songs on my music app on my phone from itunes don't play they just skip and are greyed out?
it is not a space issue I have 32gb and not even half is used
so is there a way I can transfer all my music files from my laptop to my iphone without using itunes?

If they are greyd out and skipping that means the music files doesn't exist and song can't play. Make sure your music wasn't transferred to another file somewhere by mistake or even deleted.
As far as I'm concerned there are ways to transfer Music to your Iphone without using Itunes but the only way I know would be thru Skydrive or a SD Card and Iphones don't have SD Card Slots so try out Skydrive it should be simple to use.
