How to turn off my 4G Internet on my iPhone 4s?
You can turn off wi-fi on the iPhone 4s. Is there anyway you are able to turn off 4G internet? I keep going over my data network, and I don't want any temptations. I want all internet off, so I will not be able to go on at all. Please note, I don't want to eliminate my 4G network, I just want to be able to turn it off for a bit occasionally, when I go over my data network.
Settings > General > Cellular > Cellular Data > OFF
Oh & since the 4S is technically not a 4G phone the bottom toggle would say 3G. Keep that one on since if you take that off you'd be limiting yourself to 2G (EDGE) which is much slower than what you are using now.
The truth is the iPhone 4S doesn't support the 4G network, and it's available to 3G network. If you prefer to turn off the 3G network, you can go to the follow process:
Setting---General---cellular---Enable the 3G network, and it's complete after this. If you want to stay away from the temptation totally, you should turn off the mobile network too.
