How to turn off the flash on my iPhone when I get notifications or set alarms?

Go to Settings, General then Accessibility, scroll down towards the bottom of this screen and your will see an option enabled to "Flash" the LED for Notifications, disable it and it should resolve your issue.
Settings > General > Accessibility > LED Flash for Alerts > OFF

Is there any way to still receive their messages, but not get a vibration without turning of my vibration completely?
