How to unlock an iPhone 6 without a passcode?
My friend changed my passcode on my phone last night and can't remember what it was and we can't get into it. Without using iTunes because I hadnt plugged it in and synced it up yet, how can I bypass the passcode?
The passcode can't be bypassed by the general consumers.
Your only option is to follow the factory reset options or take it to an Apple store.
Consider in future not letting friends know your current passcode.
- Is there anyway I can bypass my passcode on my iPhone 4 or it's a 5 I'm not sure but I can't remember the passcode but I need it I know you can restore but I don't want to do that because I don't think I have the computer I backed it up to back then. And i don't know what update this is. Like I haven't see the emergency button there at all in any videos
- Iphone asking me for a passcode to install update. I never set up a passcode. Options? I just tried to update my iphone to 7.1.1 and i'm being asked for a passcode. I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong? How do I continue with update if I can't remember this passcode?
