I found a iphone. And it's locked. How can i unlock, it or sync it?

You can't. You got to use the same computer it was syncd to originally.

Did no one ever tell you stealing was wrong? Even if you just found it, return it to the correct owner.

if you don't know owner take it to the store and like tell them so they can unlock and find owner
