How to upload my library photos onto instagram?
Yeah so I just got an Iphone and installed instagram but every time I try to upload photos from my library to instagram, it says 'This app does not have access to your phone or videos. You can enable access in privacy settings'. But I don't know how so I guess what I'm asking is, how do I enable it?

To adjust your privacy settings, follow these steps:
Exit out of Instagram
Open the "Settings" app
Select "Privacy"
Select "Photos"
Toggle the ON/OFF switch next to Instagram to the "on" position
What if it won't pop up or you have done it before and now it won't work?
