How to upload videos to Facebook from my iPhone?

I put a video together on my Mac and uploaded it to my iPhone through iTunes, the video is now in my video folder but when I go to upload it to Facebook it only gives me the option to look through my photos, any help on solving this problem would be much appreciated.

I think Mobile phones can't support to upload videos.
