How to use 3G on virgin media (iPhone)?
So I recently got an iPhone 4S, and ported my number across. Texting and calling works fine, but 3G or mobile data don't work. I also realised sometimes my carrier had a capital V, and sometimes a lowercase v. So I called virgin customer services and they didn't recognise my phone number. I went to the website and they didn't recognise my IMEI number. Can somebody help me get my 3G to work?

I'm confused… Did you bring the iphone from another carrier? If yes, then you will have to get phone unlocked. If you purchased the phone with virgin, get back on that phone and keep requesting the highest ranking manager available until your problem gets resolved.
- Virgin Mobile Canada to virgin mobile USA? So I bought an iPhone 4S that is locked to bell which they say is compatible with virgin mobile Canada carrier, but I'm moving back to United States soon if I unlock it I can use it in united states on the usa Virgin mobile carrier right?
- Virgin media contract number? Do vm have a number you can call to see how much data etc you have left on a contract? Or a website or something? I'm in the uk I think I've gone over and I need to know
- IPhone update saying continuing all media will be lost? OK, on my iPhone 3gs i have an update for 5.1.1 so i backed up all my apps and everything, then in the middle of updating it says "this computer doesn't have enough memory and continuing all media will be lost" and i was like i don't want to loose everything so i canceled. Now my question is can i still update and they take all my media off but since i have it backed up in my itunes i can just put it back on there or will it take it off my itunes too?
