HTC one or iphone 5 what better?

I have an iPhone 4S and I'm thinking of getting a new one but can't choose. I love my iphone so that's the reason I wanted the 5 but its nothing different than the 4s as the HTC one is new to me and sounds better on reviews. So what to get thanks

IPhone 5 if you are planning on using your device for more than about 5 apps as android simply seems to have a breakdown after that but if you aren't loading yours full of apps go for the cheaper alternative

I believe you can try out both phones, go into your local career store and ask if after you get your phone of choice if there's a 30 day return policy where you can pick a phone try it out and if you don't like it you can go and swap phones. Personally i like the iPhone 5's screen and overall design but the 5s is almost out, plus IOS is boring and have you seen the new IOS 7? It looks horrible they are barely putting things into ios that android has had for a long time. The HTC one is a very nice phone with killer specs and design and android is more open source, Try both, the deal breaker is if your an IOS person or android and android does not break down like some people say especially since the One has a Quad core
