Just like Harrison said. Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings.

Go to setting select general then choose erase all data
Restore it.

You have to do a factory data reset, go to settings and search through to a thing that says "Factory Data Reset"
You would have to connect it to a computer with itunes and run a full restore without restoring from a backup. Erase all content and settings does not truly restore a phone.
