You got taken because you didn't do your homework. You were emotionally overcome by the low price, & therefore didn't ask the right questions or do any research. You will never be able to activate the phone in your name, unless you pay the $900.00 Sprint bill. Your greed made it easy for the seller to cheat you.
- Straighttalk iPhone SIM activation for already Straighttalk activated phone? It says I need a $45 service plan card to activate the SIM card, but is there a way to do it without? My phone has $45 service plan active right now, my SIM card is just malfunctioning, so I need a new one. Or do I have to do it when I refill, no other option?

I bought a Sprint iPhone 4 off of Craigslist andwhen I took it up to Sprint I found out it was active on the guy who sold it to me, his account. He still owes money for his contract. They told me the only way it would work was for him to pay it off. Is this true? Could I get it jail broken and it work on my Sprint account?

For example: if I buy a phone from a girl on Facebook, then go to T-Mobile and it's clean, not iCloud locked, not stolen, ready to be activated. Then I activate it. Can that person then report it?
