I can't buy albums on iTunes Store?

Last week, I tried to buy an album on the iTunes Store using my iPhone, but it showed me an error message saying that I couldn't. As I had some connection problems, I thought that was the cause.

Ok, some days later, my connection problems solved, I downloaded some singles normally.

But today, again, I tried to download another album, but, again, iTunes shows me an error message, saying that my purchase could not be finished! Then, after that, I tried to buy a song from this album and I bought and downloaded it normally! So my problem is about buying albums, specifically.

Some information: I have just updated my billing infos, about a week ago. Since this update, I haven't been able to buy any album. Is this a reason or not?

All these things on an iPhone.

  • Why does iTunes split up my albums? This probably one of the only things I liked better about my Windows phone. When I transferred albums from my PC to my phone, all of the albums stayed in tact, whether or not there was more than one artist featured on a given album. However, as I began to transfer music from my PC to my iPhone, the albums were split up anytime a song had a different artist. Why does iTunes do this? It is beyond annoying.
  • Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
  • Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
  • My iTunes won't sync certain albums? I have the latest version of iOS 7 on my phone, and I have the latest version of iTunes itself. Some of my new albums that I've downloaded (not from the iTunes store) are not syncing to my phone. This is the first issue that I've had with syncing music that I've downloaded elsewhere. Does anyone know what's happening? I've also restarted both my iPhone and computer.
