I can't download new iTunes version 11.0.4?

My iPhone was getting stuck in iTunes, so I thought its bcz I don't have the newest iTunes version.
So I tried updating iTunes but it doesn't work. I click on Download, it continues to the next page and says 'thank you for downloading iTunes… ' but nothing happened.

I'd be extremely grateful if you could help me.atm I don't have any iTunes, not even the old version; had to delete it, so I can't even sync my phone.

So you have downloaded itunes, Did you run the installer?

Go to your default down load location, say "Downloads" and double click the installer file…

You still may have problems if your posted content is correct…
ie " had to delete it, so I can't even sync my phone."

Programs should be uninstalled…
