I can't open folders with many datas on my computer?
When i try to open a folder with e.g. Videos, pictures or other datas the folder closes after it opened within seconds and the desktop and taskbar disapears and i have to stare for 30 seconds on my desktopbackground until everything appears again, but the folder will be closed down. And when i attempt again the same happens. I have the problem for several months now and it only happens with folders that has many mbs. I can't go on my usb or iphone too because of that.
Try downloading malware bites, it's most likely a virus causing your computer to do that, look for a software called malware bites, download it and it will scan your computer for free and show you any viruses/threats in your computer without affecting your files, from there it will give you the option to get rid of or "quarantine" them
I suspect the reason is the movie files, and one or more broken codecs.
Then when it tries to generate thumbnails it crashes.
Try installing this codec pack: http://filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack/tech/
And see if that fixes things for you.
- My folders have disappeared? All of my folders disappeared. If I add one, it doesn't show up, but I can see the new ones and old ones on my iPad and iPhone. If I click the arrow, all that shows are two parentheses (). I can search for an email and the search brings back emails in those folders, but they aren't visibible. I can't figure out how to get them back and there doesn't seem to be any kind of support specific for this. Also… Does Yahoo! Have some kind of customer support number?
