It was in there for like 10 seconds. It's I'm rice now. The speakers aren't working, I don't think I can listen to my headphones and when I turn it off it'll turn back on

It really depends. Leave it in rice for 48 hours and don't take it out. Sometimes you will see full recovery and sometimes partial.
You should take the battery out.
Sam, the thing is so, your mobile fell in the toilet, now it depends if any liquid has entered it, then there are less chances for the speakers to respond, as some short circuit takes place inside in connection with the battery, providing the electricity to the mobile, maybe it will get fine with time, or within 48 hours as said by a friend in the column, maybe not, you might have to get that repair, it might require heat, if not then take it to the brand's authorised service centre, & get it repair there, these small mechanics will spoil the mobile, & then the service centre will give you warranty & gurantee.
