I dropped my iPhone 4 into my bath
Well it fell in, and it was probably submerged for 3-4 seconds before I jumped out panicking. I immediately tried turning it off yet the screen wasn't responding so I couldn't slide to power off. I blew into all the open slots in it, and shook it about a bit. I used all the rice I could find in my house and put my phone in it. I can hear it making a small ticking noise every 2 seconds or something. I'm Really worried, as my parents are ultra mad at the fact that I'm so irresponsible. Is there anything I can do? :'
Wait and see it it comes back to life, don't rush things, leave it in the rice. If it finally dies on you, you need to face the consequences. Next time keep your phone totally out of the bathroom. You're dangerous. LOL. Take it easy, and GOOD LUCK!
PS I killed my laptop with half a bottle of water over the keyboard, Instantly fried. LOL We're dangerous.
If you can get the SIM card & the battery OUT of the phone, do that 1st… Then keep the phone in the rice for about a week. May work… May not
