I dropped my iPhone in some water and now the sound won't work?
I dropped my iPhone in water, and the sound is sorta malfunctioning. The iPhone still works, and it still vibrates, and I can listen to voicemail, ect. But I can't use sound when I'm playing games or listening to music. I've tried some things and I can get it two work for a couple of seconds but its driving me crazy. Any suggestions?
Your best bet would be to take it to someone who knows, maybe at your local apple store. There are a few things that could be the issue here so you a better off seeking an expert's opinion.
- Some water came onto iphone, now speakers don't work? If i play music or want to get text tone i can't hear anything unless i use the headphones then it works. But by it self it does not work although i can record a voice memo and then hear it back. BUT why can I not hear music or hear the text tone?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- I spilt some water on my iPhone and now there's now volume control whatsoever? It won't turn up for calls or music, I press the buttons and nothing shows up. I tried to do it on the screen when I opened my music but the volume isn't there at all. How can I fix it?
- I dropped my iphone5s in water and it was fine but now my homebutton won't work? This morning i drpooed my phone in water pulled it out quickly then dried it off and it worked great then 20 minutes ago i got home and my ome button did not work so i don't now if it is water damage of if it is because i have the 5s and the home buttoons are sentisitve oh and i did buy inssurance
