I forgot my pass code on my iPhone 5?
I have really bad luck first my friend stole my iPod then I forgot my pass code on my iPhone 5 it won't let me restore it because find my iPhone is turned on and the only way to turn it off is from my iPhone which I can't get into what should I do I really need my iPhone

You should take it to the apple store or you carrier store and let them unlock it for you it will cost i'm not exactly how much though
You can reset the phone entirely but you'll still need your Apple ID and password. It's important not to forget passcodes and passwords.
Well then you're screwed. If you forgot your pass code the only way that you're going to be able to get back into it is if you run recovery mode which wipes your phone totally. I hope you also know yours or his Apple ID password otherwise you're going to have a problem getting back into it as well.
You can try putting it in DFU mode, then restore. You can also erase the iPhone from iCloud.
