I got scammed on Instagram?
OK so this guy who claimed to be selling phones and games sold me a iPhone for $150 he told me to wire the $150 to him via Western Union so I did and its been a week now and I've been trying to contact him but he's blocked me on Instagram, Kik, and he doesn't respond to my texts. I have all of this dudes info even though I told him I would file a police report and he just texted me "haha good luck dumbass none of that info is real lmao" What can I do at this point? Can I get the police involved? Can't they trace the scammers Kik or Instagram to see who he really is and get my money back?
You've been scammed. Happens everyday. While you can and should report it to the police there's little that they can do unless he has been very stupid.
Learn from this. Never wire money for a product. Any respectable person will accept either via PayPal or accept credit cards if they are holding themselves out as a business.
Nothing. Just count your losses. But I got an a Iphone 4 i'm selling for 100 dollars and ipod movie 30g for 30 dollars and ipod mini for 10 dollars
Report it to the police.
You will not get your moeny back but with enough evidence the guy might get caught one day.

OK so I paid $150 for an iPhone to this guy on Instagram and its been two weeks and I haven't heard a word from him He's ran off with my money and he's blocked me on Kik and Instagram. Emma, who started the account, entered her info and she is 12 (i'm almost14) so instagram deleted our account at 1.95k and when i tried to log on on my iPhone, it told me to log on on your computer so you can correct your information, so i did and it said that you have to be at least 13, and it wouldnt let me change the info, like it said it would on my phone. Is there any possible way to get our account back and still have almost 2k followers?!
- INSTAGRAM Help! My iPhone 4 has been banned from instagram? Instagram has blocked my device (iPhone 4). I can create a new account on another device and it works fine but when i log into my phone it says blocked device because of violating the terms and conditions.
