Sure, if your contract is paid up or your phone purchase on the 5C is paid off. You can then get any other phone you want. If your contract or phone isn't yet paid off, you'll have to pay it off before getting a new phone. Your 5c might have some trade value, which will help with the new phone purchase. Otherwise, simply take your 5c to a local phone repair shop and get it fixed.

Apple have said that they need to replace the whole phone and it will cost £140. I know that if I take it elsewhere it will void my warranty but I have also read that my warranty is already voided as I have dropped & damaged it. Has anyone had their screen replaced on the 4s? Also, how long of a warranty do you actually have as I've had the phone for about 9 months now anyway.
