I'm pretty sure you would have to jailbreak it so it could work with Verizon's networks. But that's illegal, and I'm sure someone at Verizon would notice. Don't most phones have the company's logo if nothing else?
So the answer is pretty much no. Unfortunately you probably need to buy a new phone from Verizon.
Despite both carriers having the iPhone 4S, you can't switch a Sprint phone on to Verizon due to Verizon's rules against bringing over devices to their service, regardless of originating carrier.
