I made a mistake and ejected my iPhone 6 while it was restoring?
Added (1). I was going to choose "set as new iPhone" but I made a mistake and chose "restore and backup". I didn't know what that meant so I panicked and manually ejected my phone cord by pulling it off the USB port. My phone was black and had a tiny apple mark in the middle but after several seconds it was back to normal.
Do you think I've damaged the phone somehow? I spent a lot of money on it and I don't want it to get destroyed.
Added (2). When I put it back in again I couldn't choose "set as new iPhone" anymore. What am I supposed to do?

After it got done restoring it asked me if I wanted to restore all of my pictures, contacts, music, etc my little brother unplugged it not knowing what he was doing. What is going to happen to it now? p.s. As soon as he did it I plugged it back in immediately.
