I planning on buying a screen protector for my IPhone 6, but I can't choose what to get?

What's better? Tempered glass, Film, or Anti-glare? Which lasts longer and is more protective? (Are there others?)

Any personal opinions and experiences?

I have friends that have tried tempered glass in the past, but they found that any shock strong enough to crack the glass screen protector, normally also cracked or shattered the screen under it as well, but they have the better scratch protection, as nothing that can scratch them, can't get through them, to the screen underneath.

Now the normal plastic skins/film, while cheaper can be replaced as often as you need to, and they do offer pretty good scratch protection for the most part.

I normally use the self healing plastic skins/film myself.

I'd go with Anti Glare.

I'm a big fan of Zagg Tempered glass, very durable and does not peel or bubble.

  • Rugged/waterproof iPhone 5 case compatible with screen protector/back film protector? Was wondering if there's any iPhone 5 case out there that is compatible with a screen protector and/or a back film protector on the iPhone itself? I understand cases like Lifeproof need you to remove your screen protector so it can maintain it's waterproof abilities. Was just looking for a case that can work both ways.

  • Is it worth buying a screen protector for iPhone? Since gorilla glass is already highly scratch resistant I'm wondering if it's worth buying additional screen protector. I also doubt it would save my screen from cracking if I accidentally drop my phone. But I may be wrong
