If you have a computer, and your iPhone has the find my iPhone app on it turned on and it's data is on or its in a area of Wi-Fi you can just sign into your iCloud account on your comp and click to find it and set it off to beep and you should be able to locate it

Just Get to the police station and complaint… If you r in india, cyber cell or any other thing in other countries can help you in finding the exact location of the mobile phone if it is having it's sim on it or it is turned on.Go on before the thief get scratches on it!

1. On another iOS device, open the "Find My iPhone" app. You can download this application for free from the Apple App Store. If you are on a computer, go to www.icloud.com.

2. Log in with your Apple ID.

3. If you are on a desktop computer, click on the "Find My iPhone" icon (which is the first icon in the bottom row).

4. Find My iPhone will try to find your iPhone. (This only works if your iPhone has an Internet connection or cell tower connection, if the battery is on, and if you previously turned on the Find My iPhone feature on your iPhone.)
