You better not. Iphone has alot of issues other than this Data transfer you are talking about. Like-Making an Apple id without credit card, Can't Download paid Apps without jailbreak, can't receive or send files to friends Etc
And i heard There Are Ways you Can Still download music from sites on iphone, There are specific sites or apps i guess Which may help. If you Want it bad you can get it and there has to be A Way to Do it because i Remember my cousin found a solution too.
