I want to jailbreak my Iphone 4?
I have lots of questions
1-when i jailbreak it do all my apps music and photos get deleted
2-does jailbreaking affect my warranty
Answer 1: It does not delete anything but, always do a backup just in case, and if you want to update and get rid of the jailbreak you have to do a restore which will delete everything but, just have a backup!
Answer 2: Yes! Jailbreak gets rid of your Apple Care and other warranty but, you can always do a restore so your jailbreak will go away and you have your warranty again!
When you jailbreak your iphone the serial number changes, and when you restore it the serial number is the same as when it was jailbroken. So apple come to know that you jailbroken your iphone. But for warranty you need a bill, and in that bill the serial number is written. So if the number is different they remove the warranty right there. Why buy the phone of you have to jailbreak it?
