Why don't you ask them? Not all pawnshops are the same
List it on craigslist and provide lots of photos, of all that's included AND any additional accessories you may have bought for it. Include some extras, maybe a case, to add value. Oh and ensure you get it unlocked too (jailbreaking does NOT unlock it).

Most will buy it from you but they will not give you a fair price for it. They will probably low ball you so they can make a big profit off of it. If you are serious about selling it you should put it on craigslist or ebay.
I would trade it in at the Apple store, pawn shops arent going to pay full retail so in that case swap it on trade in.
