Icloud won't backup old backup?

I replaced my iPhone at apple store today and when it went to the start up page to the icloud page. I logged in and picked the most recent backup 12:10pm all the apps started to download. Normal right. Guess what, after it was all done I went to icloud in settings and into manage storage and saw 2 backups, 1 backup I did before replacing phone, and 1 backup that is new hasn't backed up yet since the apps are downloading.

When I click on my original backup, the only thing it has is delete account the iPhone is trying to use the new one made. Please help me on how to use the original I backed up, it has all my data from games and since its not using the recent backup, my game data is gone.

Added (1). Brian I appreciate your help but are you STUPID? I already logged into icloud after and I CHOSE THE BACKUP THAT I RECENTLY DID ON ICLOUD. DON't TELL ME TO DO THAT WHEN I ALREADY DID THAT AND IT DIDN't WORK!

Select restore and pick the back up that you want in iTunes.

  • Old iPhone with old sim card? Mum just got a new iPhone, so gave her old one to my sister. My sister did not have an appropriate sized sim card, so they guy at the store cut it down. Mum's new sim card is working, but when we put my sisters in the old phone, it just keeps saying no service. What do we do? Can we use it or not?
  • Old iphone Icloud lock still enabled after I buy a new iPhone with icloud on it? If I had my iPhone stolen with icloud lock on and I was tracking it. But I buy a new one and activate the icloud and tracker, does that mean the old iPhone is unlocked? What happens to it? Will I be notified if someone turns it on? Can I track it?
  • Is there a way(without computer)to move my texts from my iPad to my IPhone? ICloud backup? Had to restore phone to last backup and lost texts? Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
  • Iphone setup won't recognize my icloud backup? I'm upgrading from a 4 to a 4s. I just backed up my 4 before I started this so that's all set. When I try setting up my 4s it dosent recognize my icloud backup. Any ideas why? It just gives me the option to start fresh or restore from iTunes which its not backed up on
