If I delete a a picture is it gone forever? Can I get rid of it forever?

I have a iPhone 5c and AT&T. I also have iOS 8

If you put content on the web and it stays long enough for entities like Google to find it crawling the web, it will be there forever. Don't put anything on the web you wouldn't want on the front page of your home town paper.

  • Picture editing experts: How do I edit a picture like this? I'm looking for a program or editing software (or iPhone app) to edit a picture like these two. And if you guys do know the program, do you also know what individual settings it takes to edit like this? Like sharpness, etc.
  • My cydia icon has gone, how can i get it back? I was deleting themes and tweaks off cydia and it said to respring so i did, then it wasn't there anymore. Iv tried restarting it and turning it on and off a number of times but its just not there. I still have the theme and tweaks i had on before it had gone but now its just not there. Help! I have a iPhone 4s btw! Pressing the home button and the power button do not work.
  • Is my phone gone forever? The other day, I dropped my iPhone 5s in the toilet. It was only in there for 2 seconds but it shut off anyway. I tried to turn it back on (I later learned that it was a mistake) but it didn't. I put it in rice for a day and pulled it out but it still doesn't work?
  • If I delete it, will my data be gone forever? I have GTA SA on my iPhone, and I have a cloud save file, so if I delete it, then later redownload it, will my cloud save file still be present/ be there?
